Service Availability, Requirements, & Terms
Service is subject to availability and provided via radio transmitter or fiber optics. Must have a clear line of sight to the PST transmitter for the wireless option, or a connection to fiber optic for the hardline options.
Services are “best effort’ and speeds are not guaranteed. Actual speeds may vary depending on, but not limited to, the number, performance, and configuration of connected PC or connecting PCs; hardware, RAM and hard drive(s); router and connecting adapters; software applications; web browser and browser plug-ins; website server limitations; and network congestion. No static IP addresses are available for residential service. PST wireless does not currently support Voice Over Internet Protocol.
By using PST service subscriber agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in Service Agreement, and all of the terms and conditions of the Acceptable Use Policy all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event the subscriber changes service location, they are still bound to the terms and conditions of the agreement. PST reserves the right to change pricing, service, and packages at any time.
